Zeughausmesse

Fair for the Applied Arts celebrates 10th jubilee

“Between art and trophy” is the theme of the competition entitled Ingenious Creation to celebrate the Zeughausmesse Fair’s 10th anniversary. Artisans are encouraged to submit trophies, orders, decorations, medals, certificates, ribbons and wreaths with innovative, unconventional, extravagant or elegant designs. The best creations will be presented at the fair in the German Historical Museum’s Schlüterhof courtyard. Also, the Prize for Applied Arts sponsored by the Berliner Volksbank bank will be awarded to honor outstanding achievements by designers exhibiting at the fair. Organized by the Applied Arts Association Berlin-Brandenburg and the German Historical Museum, the Zeughausmesse Fair encourages the dialog between artists from different regions and genres, and offers visitors a wide variety of high-quality and individually designed applied arts objects.
