In his early work Torsten Trautvetter united traditional and modern design elements in his one-of-a-kind pieces. Always focusing on impeccable craftsmanship and perfect wearing comfort, he not only applies traditional goldsmithing techniques but also works with ultra-fine precious metal strips and wires. After graduating as a designer in craft the goal came to the fore, to create jewelry pieces that make the viewer or wearer as wide as possible, their own interpretation. “I’m interested in jewelry as a communicative element. My work is to provide a timeless look and move consciously outside of the frame of fast paced trends, “said Trautvetter.
